Nudge is an iOS application developed by Benjamin Belloeil ("we", "us", "our"). It is designed to help users overcome procrastination through AI-generated micro-steps.

Nudge does not require you to create an account. We collect only the minimum necessary for the app to function.
When you generate a Nudge using the AI feature, your task description, mood, and energy level are sent to Google's Gemini API to produce personalised action steps. No name, email, device identifier, or location is included in these requests.
If you are using a device with Apple Intelligence, Nudge may use on-device AI as a fallback. In that case, no data leaves your device.
If AI is unavailable, you can create steps manually — no data is sent anywhere.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, your Nudge history file may be synced to your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.
If you enable notifications, Nudge schedules local reminder notifications on your device. These are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any server. You can disable them at any time in the app Settings or in iOS Settings.
Nudge contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no advertising networks, and no crash reporting services beyond what Apple provides by default through the App Store (opt-in). We do not build profiles, sell data, or share data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Nudge is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
All your data lives on your device. You can delete all Nudge history at any time via Settings → Clear All Data inside the app. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. iCloud copies can be deleted through your iCloud account settings.
Because we do not maintain a server-side database of your personal data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete on our end. All data is under your direct control on your device. For any questions, contact us at the address in Section 1.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
