By downloading or using Nudge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App worldwide.
The App is developed and operated by Benjamin Belloeil ("Developer", "we", "us").
Nudge is a productivity iOS application that helps users overcome procrastination by generating personalised, progressive action steps based on their task, mood, and energy level.
The App uses:
Nudge offers a free tier with a limited number of AI-generated nudges per week, and a Pro subscription that unlocks unlimited nudges and additional features.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You must not:
Action plans generated by the App are produced by AI (Google Gemini or Apple Intelligence) based on your input. They are intended as productivity prompts only.
The Developer makes no warranty that AI-generated steps are accurate, complete, professional, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Occasionally the AI may produce content that is unhelpful or unexpected. By using the feature you acknowledge this limitation.
The App, its design, source code, branding, and all original content are the property of Benjamin Belloeil and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The task descriptions, notes, and history you create in the App belong to you. You grant us no rights to your content beyond what is strictly necessary to operate the App (i.e., sending task text to the Gemini API on your behalf).
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The App relies on third-party AI services (Google Gemini) whose availability we cannot guarantee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benjamin Belloeil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period (or zero, if you are on the free tier).

We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (e.g., via an in-app notice).
